Reporting to: Managing Director and Creative Director

Purpose: To plan, oversee and coordinate our productions and training.

Key responsibilities

* Project Coordination:
Assist/oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of production schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
* Logistics Management:
Handle logistics related to production, including booking locations, arranging transportation, securing permits/licenses, and liaising with vendors.
* Budget Management:
Track production expenses, manage petty cash, and ensure projects stay within budget.
* Crew Coordination:
Assist in hiring and onboarding freelance crew members, maintaining crew schedules, and managing crew communications.
* Equipment Management:
Oversee in-house kit inventory including maintenance of production equipment.
* Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining production calendars, and preparing production documents.
* Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the production process.
* Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
* Documentation:
Maintain thorough and accurate production records, including call sheets, production reports, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

* Ex
perience:

Minimum 1 years'
experience in production coordination or a related role in the film, television, or digital media
industries, or 3 years in an alternative industry which has comparable skills.
- Education (Preferable):
Recognised qualification in film, media production, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Office 365 / Teams / Word / Excel.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Experience of managing small teams preferred.

* Knowledge:
Familiarity with production processes, budgeting, and logistics.
* Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with a passion for media production.
