I am currently supporting a well-established client of mine with their search for a Recruitment Advisor. Working as part of a broader people team in a values driven organisation this is a busy and varied position where you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting and onboarding exceptional talent for the business. In this role you will take responsibility for the following: Working closely with hiring managers to create and post engaging job adverts Liaising with candidates and arranging interviews Sourcing and screening candidates Coordinating onboarding activities - from offer letters to right-to-work checks Preparing induction materials and organising welcome sessions for new starters Producing recruitment reports and tracking recruitment costs Supporting early careers programmes, including apprenticeships, STEM events, and work experience placements Assisting with HR activities such as managing the HR inbox, employee records, and exit interviews The ideal candidate for this role will have some recruitment experience, will take pride in everything you do and have the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels.
