Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancing Solicitor
Coventry | Full-Time, Permanent | Up to £60,000 + Great Benefits

Youll handle a broad and interesting caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, while working in an environment that combines professional standards with a friendly team culture.
What youll be doing
* Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
* Dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new build matters
* Speaking with clients in person, by phone and in writing
* Providing clear, practical and responsive legal advice
* Preparing and approving contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
* Keeping files organised and maintained to a high professional standard
* Managing your diary and handling enquiries and quotations efficiently
* Building relationships with clients and contacts to support new business opportunities
* Staying up to date with legal developments and maintaining competence in line with SRA requirements
What were looking for
* A qualified solicitor with experience in residential property
* Solid knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
* Familiarity with CQS
* Strong client care and communication skills
* A confident, professional and approachable manner
* The ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to review and advise on legal documents effectively
