The successful candidate will own the entire CRM strategy, with proven experience at a large scale. Responsibilities include developing strategies for customer journey, segmentation, automation, email/SMS/push notifications, and personalization.
The ideal candidate will drive CRM strategies for acquisition, retention, conversion, and brand awareness. Innovation and a track record of successful CRM implementations are essential.
Experience with an omni-channel approach, preferably within fashion or luxury brands, the ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace, and influencing stakeholders at all levels are highly desirable.
