We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with a range of complex needs including Learning Disabilities, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Autism, and ADHD.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support in a nurturing home environment
* Promote independence and positive outcomes through meaningful routines, activities, and life skills
* Build strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and behavioural needs
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and colleagues to deliver consistent support
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and safeguarding procedures
About You:
* Experience working with young people with additional needs is desirable but not essential – we provide full training!
* Compassionate, resilient, and calm under pressure
* Able to work as part of a team and follow care plans consistently
* Adriver with your own vehicleis essential for this role
* Must have theunrestricted right to work in the UK– we areunable to offer sponsorship
