Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Lancaster business (working predominantly in our Kendal store) as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role you will dispense hearing aids to customers with hearing difficulty and deliver top‑notch customer service every time.
Responsibilities
* Perform hearing tests and advise customers on the best hearing aid solutions.
* Dispense hearing aids and perform post‑purchase adjustments.
* Offer wax removal and microsuction services where qualified.
Qualifications
* Qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist.
* Experience in a team‑based environment and strong customer care skills.
* Must be able to drive; you will be covering multiple sites.
