Role Details
We are seeking a dedicated, talented, and experienced practitioner to join our school as a Learning Support Assistant in the Early Years. The role involves working with our vibrant team to support the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children.
Hours: 34.75 per week, term time only, 8:15am-4pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:15-3:45pm (Friday), with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break.
Candidate Profile

* Flexible, proactive, patient, empathetic, and positive
Experience in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 is essential. Knowledge and application of trauma-perceptive practice, inclusion, and diversity are valued. Qualifications such as Early Years, NVQs, LSA, HLTA, or First Aid are desirable. A good standard of English and maths is required.
