This is a key leadership role that would suit someone confident in managing service compliance, stabilising staff teams, and driving forward operational improvements. Following recent leadership changes within the branch, this is a pivotal moment to bring in someone with the right vision and stability to lead the team into its next phase. The service currently provides around 1,500 hours of care each week, working exclusively with local authority-commissioned clients.
