Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some opportunities for remote work.
This is a role for a genuine business development professional. Someone who doesn't wait for inbound leads, who knows how to open doors with technology businesses, and who gets a real buzz from turning conversations into clients. You'll have a proven track record in B2B business development — ideally with experience in PR, communications, marketing services, or the tech sector itself. You'll be a natural relationship builder with the commercial instincts to match, comfortable operating at senior level and confident presenting to decision-makers.
What we're looking for
* Proven expertise in business development and sales strategy with experience in developing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
* An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to dig deep to win business for the benefit of the agency and themselves.
* The ability to open doors, build relationships and close deals.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and opinion leaders.
* Experience in the automotive, e-mobility, or technology sectors, is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
* Global experience or working in pan-European markets is an advantage.
