Drive is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our IT function, reporting to the ICT & Digital Manager.
Based in Nantgarw, supporting our IT services across South Wales.
In this role, you will:
* Lead a small IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery
* Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team
* Remain hands-on with technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations
* Help improve IT processes and service standards
About you:
* Proven experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT support role
* Some experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding colleagues
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills across core Microsoft technologies
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Role details:
* 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £33,610.75 (CEN 5)
* Closing date: 19th of June 2026
