Field Sales Rep
Role split between Field Based and Office based 2/3 days weekly each
Erith and covering M25 area
£30k basic salary + Uncapped Commission (Est commission in first year £10k)
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Must be willing to use own vehicle and claim mileage

Our client, a leading company in the Transport industry, is seeking a Field Sales Rep to join their dynamic team. Your week will be split between the office and visiting clients on site to win new contracts for the business. Full training will be provided and the company have a laid back approach to sales. There are no targets or KPIs to follow- the role is influenced by your successes and motivation. The company is very well established, with long standing team members and a friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organising and attending meetings face to face with prospective clients
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
4. Planning routes and calling customers to arrange visits
5. Discussing products available and selling packages
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Skills and Experience:
7. Previous sales background, preferably in Transport/ Motor industry
8. Proven selling experience in a field based sales role
9. Full UK Driving License to attend client visits 2/3 days a week
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
