Senior Associate – Clinical Negligence & Abuse Litigation (6+ PQE)

The role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across litigation and regulatory teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling clinical negligence and abuse claims from instruction through to resolution
• Advising a range of clients including insurers, indemnifiers, public bodies and professionals
• Managing complex and sensitive matters with appropriate care and attention
• Collaborating on related litigation, disciplinary and inquiry work
• Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting reporting requirements
• Supporting the wider team on strategic and client-facing initiatives

About you

This role would suit a Senior Litigation Solicitor who:

• Has 6+ years’ PQE (guideline level)
• Has a solid background in litigation (personal injury experience beneficial)
• Is confident managing sensitive and technically challenging matters
• Demonstrates analytical and communication skills
• Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
