Dalkia UK have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our team working on behalf of our parent company EDF Energy, to maintain building services and environmental conditions within the Gloucester area.
Hours
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:30 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 19:00
1 in 5 Saturdays: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday off in the week)
The Role
1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
2. Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
3. Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
4. Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
5. Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
6. Maintaining site based records and log books
7. Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
8. Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
9. Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
10. Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email
Qualifications and Experience Required
11. Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical or Equivalent
12. 2391 Inspection and Testing certificate
13. AM2
14. HVAP qualified (or willing to work towards)
15. 18th Edition
16. Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
17. Experience of working in data centres
18. Experience of LV switching
19. Full driving licence
20. Good IT skills
