Demonstratable experience working within a Surveying consultancy environment. 3. Previous surveying / project management experience working within the Education Sector and applying for various government funding streams. Desirable: 4. Hold membership to a relevant professional institution such as: RICS, CIOB, MAPM. 5. Hold a postgraduate degree/qualification in an applicable subject e.g. Building Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management etc...
