Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during service Supervising day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, and events spaces Supporting training and onboarding of new team members Managing reservations, guest flow, and section planning Handling guest feedback and ensuring every experience is smooth and enjoyable Supporting stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting Working closely with the restaurant leadership to continually elevate service standards What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Supervisor or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress in a quality-led hospitality environment Clear communication and leadership skills, with a lead-by-example approach Calm organisation and strong service awareness in busy environments A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences A positive, proactive, and team-focused mindset Why join White Rabbit Projects?
