Are you a HR professional with 2 years of experience ready to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top US Law Firm as a key member of a well-established HR team. This role will report directly into the Senior HR Manager and will also work closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and the wider London and Global HR teams.
* Salary £35,000 per annum
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 remote)
* Excellent employee benefits including generous holiday allowance, pension, and medical insurance
* Lead and coordinate all work experience and internship applications
* Support the preparation of HR documentation, e.g., probation letters
* Administer the new joiner lifecycle, including issuing contracts, onboarding, background checks, visa sponsorships, and induction meetings
* Conduct Right to Work and Conflict Checks, flag discrepancies to the Senior HR Manager
* Manage trackers and checklists for new joiners and leavers
* Assist with filtering trainee applications and setting up interviews
* Attend Law Fairs and Graduate Recruitment Events; manage branded merchandise for marketing
* Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a Law Firm or professional services
