Multi‑Skilled Static Electrical Bias Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
We are recruiting on behalf of a facilities maintenance company for a Multi‑Skilled Static Electrical Bias Engineer to work on a Commercial static site in Farnborough.
Role Overview
* Carry out general building maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across the site.
* Undertake electrical including fault‑finding, repairs, and servicing of site systems.
* Support other building systems where required, such as heating, ventilation, and minor mechanical works.
* Conduct routine inspections, checks, and compliance tests to maintain a safe and operational site.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance, PPMs, and health & safety compliance.
* Work collaboratively with other site staff and contractors to deliver a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment.
* Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency call‑outs on a 1 in 3 rota, ensuring minimal disruption.
Requirements
* Fully qualified electrically.
* 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
* Experience as a multi‑skilled electrical engineer in commercial or facilities environments.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Flexible approach to call‑outs.
