I’m currently supporting a large UK organisation on a major transformation programme. They’re looking for a User Researcher to lead hands‑on research across workflow‑heavy, enterprise ServiceNow journeys (including portals, catalogues, knowledge and automation). The role sits within an agile delivery team and has a strong focus on translating user insight directly into backlog decisions, design improvements and service outcomes. It is a hybrid role but only 1 day per month in London.
Requirements
Planning and running qualitative and quantitative user research
Working closely with Product Owners, BAs, designers and engineers
Shaping journeys across ServiceNow modules (ITSM / HRSD / CSM environments)
Communicating insight clearly to both technical and senior stakeholders
