Gas Engineer (Full Time, Permanent) – Portsmouth, Eastleigh and surrounding area
We are recruiting a Gas Engineer to work permanently from our Portsmouth office primarily covering the Eastleigh area, with the possibility of traveling to other Hampshire sites.
Contractual role: 39 hours per week; you will be given a company van and fuel card for travel and will participate in the on‑call rota with competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing of domestic boilers and appliances in accordance with gas safety regulations.
* Identify faults, test controls, complete gas safety checks and maintain accurate paperwork.
* Interact with customers to explain safe usage of heating and appliances.
Qualifications & Experience
* CCN1, CEN HTR unvented and CPA technical qualifications; proof must be provided at interview.
* Full, clean driving licence held for at least one year.
* Essential: foundational electrical knowledge.
* Role subject to satisfactory licence check and basic disclosure check.
