We are seeking anexperienced Lift Engineer/Elevator Engineerto join our growing team as aTechnical Support & Installation Engineer.
This role is ideal for someone withlift industry experiencewho wants to expand their career into atechnical specialist position, working with advanced lift monitoring and Autodialler technology.
You will be responsible forinstallation, commissioning, technical support, and product testing, while developing into aproduct expertwithin the business.
Working closely with theTechnical Manager, you will support customers and engineers across the UK while gaining exposure tonew technology, product development and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
* install, commission and configure lift monitoring andautodialler products;
* providetechnical support and troubleshootingfor customers and engineers via phone, e-mail and site visits;
* assist withtesting and development of new and existing products;
* support the delivery oftechnical training sessionsfor engineers and partners;
* ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance withlift industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
* previous experience as a Lift Engineer(essential);
* strongmechanical and electrical knowledge of lift systems;
* experience withinstallation, commissioning or fault finding on Autodialler equipment;
* ability to workindependently and within a team;
* goodtechnical communication and problem-solving skills;
* full UK driving licence.
