Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Our client, a respected provider of supported housing, is seeking an Administrator to join their dedicated team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, weing, and well-coordinated service for residents with a range of support needs.
The position is 28 hours per week (Monday–Thursday), offering a stable and consistent working pattern.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative, coordination and resident-facing support that keeps the service running smoothly. This is a varied and meaningful role where no two days are ever the same.
1. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based records
2. Updating housing and case management systems
3. Providing day‑to‑day admin support to staff and management
4. Preparing reports, documents and service information
5. Responding to enquiries from residents, professionals and external agencies
6. Handling calls, emails and face‑to‑face queries
7. Supporting all admission and departure processes
8. Ensuring forms, checklists and documentation arepleted correctly
9. Organising appointments, reviews, meetings and inspections
10. Coordinating contractor visits and internal service activity
11. Assisting with rent, service charges and Housing Benefit tasks as required
12. Logging and monitoring repair requests
13. Following up maintenance actions and health & safety checks
14. Helping plan and deliver resident meetings and social activities
15. Promoting inclusion, involvement andmunity building
What you'll need to succeed
16. Organised and confident in handling administrative tasks
17. Able tomunicate professionally with residents and external agencies
18. Knowledgeable about safeguarding and housing processes (desirable but not essential)
