Key Responsibilities
* Support elderly clients with daily living activities via virtual engagement, including personal care guidance and emotional support
* Facilitate communication between clients and their families, ensuring timely updates on their well-being
* Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals
* Help clients engage in cognitive stimulating activities through virtual platforms
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
* Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance caregiving skills
Requirements
* Previous experience as an elderly care assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
* Strong empathy, patience, and outstanding communication skills.
* Comfortable using technology for virtual care delivery and documentation.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote capacity.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in elderly care or healthcare would be an advantage.
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
* Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet the needs of clients.
