*Salary:* £37,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience)

We are a busy and well-established letting and property management business, committed to maintaining high standards across our residential properties. We are looking for a skilled, reliable *Plumbing & Heating Engineer / Gas Service Engineer* to join our growing Umega Home Repairs Maintenance team and help deliver a first-class service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out plumbing, heating, and gas works to a high standard, in line with agreed specifications and deadlines.
* Service, repair, maintain, and install domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring full compliance with current gas safety regulations and industry best practice.
* Respond to scheduled maintenance and emergency call-outs in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete accurate records of work completed, materials used, safety checks, and service documentation.
* Provide clear explanations, advice, and on-site solutions to customers and colleagues.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, landlord obligations, and safe working practices at all times.
* Work independently and collaboratively with the wider maintenance and property management teams.
* Use up-to-date tools, equipment, and techniques to deliver efficient and high-quality work.
*Skills, Experience & Qualifications*
* *NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Mechanical Services* (or equivalent qualification).
* *Gas Safe registered* (essential).
* Valid gas qualifications, including: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR, HTR, CPA1
* Minimum *3 years’ experience* in plumbing, heating, and domestic gas boiler servicing, repair, and maintenance.
* Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with a wide range of boiler brands and heating systems.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
* DBS Checks will be carried out
