Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of community programmes including sports, wellbeing, and social activities.
* Assist with the coordination of events, classes, and outreach initiatives.
* Engage with diverse groups including carers, children, and older adults.
* Maintain a welcoming and safe environment across the centre.
* Collaborate with staff and volunteers to promote active lifestyles.
Essential Requirements
* Recognised sports qualification (e.g., Level 2 Gym Instructor, Coaching Certificate, or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
* Must be flexible including evenings and weekends
Desirable
* Experience working in community settings.
* First Aid certification.
* Knowledge of local services and networks.
