Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Food & Beverage Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline the administrative operations of our F&B department. This role ensures smooth coordination across outlets, accurate reporting, and supports management in driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all administrative functions within the Food & Beverage department to ensure operational excellence across outlets
* Coordinate communication and reporting between F&B outlets and management to facilitate informed decision-making
* Prepare timely management reports, sales summaries, and operational documentation to support business insights and performance tracking
* Support HR processes by maintaining accurate staff records, scheduling shifts, and managing training documentation to enhance workforce readiness
* Oversee administrative aspects of purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory reporting to optimize resource management
* Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards and legal obligations
Required competencies and certifications
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B operations or administration, preferably in hospitality or club environments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities effectively
* Effective communication skills applied to coordinate cross-functional teams and reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office used to produce reports and manage administrative tasksProfessionalism and attention to detail to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative functions
