An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bridlington and Driffield Community Nursing Team as a Clinical Practice Teacher / Practice Educator. This pivotal role combines clinical leadership with a strong educational focus, supporting the development of current and future nurses within a dynamic community setting. The post holder will be responsible for theday-to-day clinical management of the team, working in close collaboration with the Clinical Team Leader to ensure acoordinated, integrated and well‑organised approachto the delivery of safe, effective, and high‑quality patient care. The role also contributes to the effective operational delivery of the service, ensuring clinical standards, workforce development, and patient outcomes remain at the forefront of practice. This position isideal for a passionate and experienced educatorwho is motivated to inspire, mentor, and support learners at all stages, while maintainingactive involvement in clinical practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive learning culture, supporting students, newly qualified staff, and the wider nursing team to achieve excellence in community nursing care Main duties of the job To undertake clinical supervision for senior and junior team members, also including clinical practice education, training and providing clinical skills and expertise.
