Charwin Homes Ltd is a new residential developer looking to deliver some exciting new projects across the Home Counties in Bedfordshire, Essex, Norfolk and the Midlands in Leicestershire. With a strong financially secured pipeline of ongoing and upcoming developments, where we now have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our new exciting team at our office based near Royston, Hertfordshire.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or someone with the proven experience ready to step up into a Quantity Surveyors role who has worked within the private developer environment and who can take full ownership of the commercial process across currently four high-end residential projects. This is a hands-on role so you must be comfortable managing everything from the initial procurement process to final accounts independently. You will play a vital role across our own developments, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial efficiency at all stages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working closely with other departments, including Development and Construction, you will attend design meetings to advise on all areas that may have a cost implication.
