Summary
As an E-Commerce Assistant at Tradewinds Oriental Shop you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online retail presence. Located in Scunthorpe, this position focuses on optimizing our e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales.
* Optimise website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
* Manage product listings and ensure accurate information is presented online.
* Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
* Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility.
* Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies for improvement.
* Stay updated with e-commerce trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Experience
* Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
* Strong knowledge of SEO tools and conversion optimisation techniques.
* Proficiency in Shopify and familiarity with coding
* Experience with Google Ads and social media marketing.
* Excellent analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
* Creative mindset with strong content creation abilities.
* Familiarity with email marketing strategies is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
