Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator - Immediate Start

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resource professional to join our team in our South West operation. We are looking for a proactive individual interested in developing a career in recruitment. For the right candidate, the position offers potential progression to a 360 recruitment consultant as the branch expands under a full training program.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, a conversion bonus, and company benefits. The annual salary is up to £25,500, dependent on experience.

This position will initially be remote, with some travel within the region, working Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00.


Duties & Responsibilities

* Contact candidates via various job boards and HG website for current vacancies, conducting interviews and registrations
* Handle inbound telephone inquiries and conduct in-depth telephone interviews
* Search CVs on various job boards
* Engage with existing database for new opportunities
* Complete administration related to tracking applications
* Interview and register candidates in compliance with legislative and company requirements
* Update candidate information and upload onto our system, ensuring full legislative compliance
* Provide sales leads via candidate data to relevant branch
* Supply relevant information to payroll, branch, and clients regarding new candidates
* Place candidates for assessment/inductions promptly
* Process candidates administratively
* Maintain databases and internal systems, ensuring compliance from registration through ongoing requirements
* Manage candidate availability to support planning
* Provide general administrative support for the branch


About You

Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the driving, industrial, warehouse, supply chain, or logistics sectors, is preferred. You should appreciate the importance of excellent service delivery and demonstrate a strong understanding of client recruitment needs. Attention to detail and compliance awareness are essential.


Desirable Experience

* Degree educated
* Sales or customer service background
* Strong technical knowledge relevant to logistics and transport sectors
