Digital Business Partner
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: West Midlands (Flexible working model – Manage your own diary)

Xpertise are excited to be working with a well-respected and highly ranked organisation in the Higher Education sector, helping them source an experienced Digital Business Partner to work in their Information Digital Group. This role is crucial in aligning the organisation with their medical function, ensuring that all needs/requirements are integrated into technology products, projects and initiatives.
I’m looking to speak and meet with individuals who have experience working in the Higher Education sector, as well as individuals who have IT/Technology experience in a medical setting. The right candidate must also have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Act as the strategic interface between the Information Digital Team and the Medical Function
Build and maintain strong relationships at senior level to ensure that the strategic direction for digital innovation and transformation is set and new products and services are developed and marketed.
Partner with business leaders and IDG Directors to ensure holistic IT demand, technology products, projects and initiatives are captured and prioritised based on clear value propositions, risk and total cost of ownership.
To proactively co-create/work with capability owners / product teams from the business and the Architecture team to identify and develop roadmaps for technology services or solutions that can be deployed to improve performance and cost effectiveness.
Directing projects towards desired IT strategies with the provision of initial project estimates for cost-benefit analysis.
Experience required:
3+ years working as a Digital Business Partner or similar role
Strong IT and Technological understanding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience liaising with C-level stakeholders
Experience working within the Higher Education sector preferable but not essential
