Transport Refrigeration Controller required in Caerphilly.
1. Starting salary of £26,000 per annum which is based on experience and current earnings.
2. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm only. Flexibility from both parties will be required on occasions.

Our client, a large vehicle transport refrigeration dealership situated in the Caerphilly region, are currently looking to recruit a Transport Refrigeration Service Manager to join their business.
Reporting to the Refrigeration Manager and working as part of a team of 3 other Service Controllers, as the Transport Refrigeration Controller you will be responsible for managing our client's Refrigeration Service Engineers and ensuring all reported breakdowns, services and repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Other Roles of the Transport Refrigeration Controller might include:
4. Manage the Mobile Engineers diaries, involving job card distribution whilst managing customer priorities and the efficient use of engineers.
5. Controlling the workshop based engineers, and their diaries. Ensuring job cards are distributed correctly and the workshop runs efficiently.
6. Meeting both OEM KPIs and in-house KPIs.
In order to be eligible you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Caerphilly region. You shall also have a confident and professional telephone manner, be IT literate, and be able to demonstrate ability to work effectively in a pressurised and at times, extremely busy environment. Experience with controlling and organising a teams diary or experience in a similar role in the vehicle refrigeration, transport, or commercial vehicle industry is desired.
