Property Advisor £15,616 benefits | The Maltings, Bath Part Time | Permanent | 21 hours per week (Monday-Friday) About the role Are you passionate about great customer service and making a difference in your community? As a Property Advisor in our Homeownership Team, you'll support homeowners with everything from queries and sales packs to communal repairs and service charges. It’s a varied, fast-paced role where your organisational skills and problem-solving mindset will shine. You’ll be a key part of a supportive team, with opportunities to grow your knowledge, improve services, and make a real impact every day. What you'll be doing Support the Homeownership Team by providing administrative support. This can include assisting with customer enquiries about tenancy obligations, sales information packs, responses to solicitor enquiries, and with sale notices, all in a timely manner. Ensure that management systems, including IT systems, are kept up to date with customer details, actions taken and agreements made. Assist in the review and development of changes to systems. Take personal responsibility for the health and safety of myself and others by working within Curo’s Health and Safety policy and procedures at all times. Assist with the letting and administration of our commercial garages portfolio; ensuring accurate records are maintained and systems updated. Provide information and advice about all aspects of the charges that we make to customers, maximising payments, minimising arrears and taking appropriate action to recover outstanding debt. Take ownership of our own Customer Portfolio, providing support on all aspects of housing related matters, including communal repairs and major works. Skills & experience Demonstrate the ability to convey complex information to varying audiences. Demonstrate a methodical, organised approach to work with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload and to cope with interruptions and changes calmly managing the pressure of meeting targets and deadlines Demonstrate experience of working collaboratively with others both internally and externally. What success looks like in this role Successfully meet the KPIs and objectives agreed for myself through my PDR and Team Plans. Successfully develop knowledge of leasehold and freehold agreements through a designed training package. Demonstrate continual improvement in our data accuracy, easing colleague and customer effort, increasing confidence in data, and enabling accurate communication with customers on line, by letter and by text. Demonstrate the service improvements I have delivered with tangible results that show success. Demonstrate my participation in Curo company life.
