We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our successful Early Years Department (Nursery and Reception). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum by: Planning and leading small group activities that support learning across the seven areas of development. Supporting the Class Teacher in maintaining accurate and informative observations and assessments of pupils' progress. Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and enabling outdoor and indoor environment for learning through play. Assisting with the personal care needs of the children and promoting positive behaviour and independence. Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies. Embrace our school vision, striving to be the best that they can be.: We are looking for TA who will: Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in supporting teaching and learning in schools or childcare. Demonstrate a secure understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework and child development. Have proven experience working with children aged 3-5 years.
