EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Operational Quality PQM
Construction Operational Quality department is responsible for supervising all aspects of Quality in our construction projects. We represent the customer's voice in relation to quality issues from contract signing, through manufacturing, installation, commissioning and until the project is handed over to Service. We facilitate the process of defining and addressing quality risks/opportunities, implementing prevention measures.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure that Quality related project requirements are met (as defined in the project contract)
2. Plan and implement activities as defined in the project Inspection, Test Audit Plan (ITAP)
3. Lead, support and assist the project team members in relation to all quality matters
4. Keep close communication with the customer regarding Quality topics
5. Handle quality KPI's within the project
6. Manage an overview of the Quality status in the project
7. Follow up on Quality matters in the project
8. Provide project Quality reporting
9. Maintain and follow up on all quality-related documentation for the project
10. Advise and assist the Project Quality team in relation to customer audits and inspections
11. Manage all the quality related key interfaces in the project
12. Escalate serious quality issues
Qualifications
13. Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management or similar
14. At least 5 years of professional experience - within quality and project management
15. Hands-on experience within project management
16. Good knowledge of Quality Management tools
17. Good understanding of ISO (ISO, OHSAS and ISO 1)
18. Experience with audits and inspections
19. Experienced SAP user
20. Professional level of spoken and written English
21. Experience in the wind industry - for instance with WTG platforms - is desirable
