I am currently working with a well regarded New Homes Developer who is looking to bring in a New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team on a development in Hertfordshire. The Role As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will represent the development, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure sales targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Conducting development and show home viewings with prospective buyers Managing enquiries and converting leads into reservations Building strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors and mortgage brokers Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system Working towards and exceeding sales targets Upselling specification upgrades and optional extras Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standard Providing regular updates and sales reports to the Sales Manager What We’re Looking For Previous experience in New Homes Sales or property sales Strong communication and customer service skills Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to build rapport quickly with buyers Full UK driving licence Salary & Package £32,000 basic salary OTE £50,000 – £60,000 Excellent commission rates on extras Mileage allowance 1 in 4 weekends off Working hours: 10:00am – 5:30pm This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a developer with a great reputation, strong earning potential and a positive working culture.
