Your Role as an L&D Partner

As an L&D Partner based in the South Central Region, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with the L&D Manager, HR Business Partners, and management teams to design and implement targeted training activities that meet business and individual needs.
* Creating and delivering leadership development programs, assessing their impact, and ensuring meaningful learning transfer.
* Partnering with sales leaders to develop performance-enhancing learning tools and foster a strong sales culture.
* Leading talent and training needs analysis through focus groups and senior interviews, producing strategic session plans and recommendations.
* Delivering coaching and psychometric workshops while maintaining academic alignment and benchmarking against external best practices.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. As a field-based position, you will likely be traveling three days a week.


What We’re Looking For

We’d love for you to bring the following to our team:

* Experience in delivering and facilitating training for all levels, from front-line staff to senior managers.
* Skills in designing and creating content, along with project management of integrated learning solutions.
* Strong knowledge of development techniques that drive performance and ROI.
* Proven ability to coach and influence line managers in effective L&D practices.
* Familiarity with emerging L&D trends and connections to external learning networks.
* A degree or CIPD qualification is advantageous, but not essential.
