The Role
We are looking for a full-time Junior Solicitor to join our team, working from our Richmond office. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality legal advice.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload under the supervision of a senior solicitor.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including letters, contracts, and court applications.
Assist in client consultations, taking detailed attendance notes.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other professionals.
Contribute to the firm's marketing and business development activities.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) standards and firm procedures.
Have practical experience in the following: drafting and submitting appeal forms on the MyHMCTS system for all areas of law, preparing appeal bundles, and handling visa, immigration, and asylum cases from file opening through to submitting and uploading all necessary documents to the UKVI or Home Office systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 1 or more years of practical work experience as a Solicitor or a legal professional.
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognised university.
Legal Standing: Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK.
Language Skills:
Essential: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly Desirable: Proficiency in Turkish is a strong advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
