The role
You’ll sit within a lean, fast‑moving Talent team, supporting hiring across the business.
Day to day, this will include:
* Coordinating high‑volume interview scheduling across multiple teams
* Managing diaries, logistics and changing priorities
* Acting as a key point of contact for candidates
* Supporting a smooth and professional candidate experience
* Working closely with EAs, hiring managers and teams across the firm
It’s a fast‑paced, structured role where attention to detail and organisation are critical.
