Salary: GBP140 - GBP220 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to making a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support pupils with SEN such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or complex needs
Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents/carers, and external professionals
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and assessments
Implement appropriate behaviour and support strategies
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS/QTLS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
Experience teaching pupils with SEN within a mainstream, specialist, or alternative provision setting
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practice
Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
ECTs with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply.
