Senior Business Development Manager – Freight
£50,000 – £75,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Commission
I’m currently working with a well-established international freight and logistics business that’s continuing to grow its UK presence. With decades of experience across Europe and a strong global network, the business offers scale, stability, and long-term opportunity.
They’re looking to bring in an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on new business across Air, Sea and Road Freight.
What you’ll be doing:
* Winning new business in line with agreed targets
* Prospecting through cold calling, warm leads, and existing contacts
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Identifying opportunities across new customers, routes, and services
* Keeping an eye on market activity and competitor movement
* Working closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
What’s on offer:
* £50,000 – £75,000 base salary
* Commission scheme

* Experience selling Air, Sea and Road Freight.
* Confident generating new business and opening doors
* Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
* A proactive, self-starter mindset
* Someone who understands the importance of managing customers properly
