RESIDENTIAL FEE EARNER / LICENSED CONVEYANCER
LEIGH-ON-SEA, ESSEX
£35,000 - £50,000
QED Legal is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Licensed Conveyancer to join our well-respected client in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex.
We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for approximately 2 to 5 years.
They have very good attitudes towards their staff and know how to value them; people are not treated as just a number. They are a really approachable team that have nurtured their culture and great progression plans.
The types of residential transactions you should have experience in include:
* sales
* purchases
* leaseholds
* freeholds
* remortgages
* transfers of equity
If you do not have experience in a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However, please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
