Pay: National Minimum Wage + £1.00 per hour (based on age band)

The Role
We are seeking a confident, skilled Senior Support Worker to help lead high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership on shift and role model best practice
- Support individuals with day-to-day routines, personal care, and complex needs
- Apply Positive Behaviour Support techniques in line with training
- Mentor new and junior staff members
- Assist with rotas, incident reporting, care plans, and key documentation
- Work closely with the Registered Nurse Manager to maintain CQC standards and safe working
Requirements
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is essential
* Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
* Calm, confident, and skilled in managing behaviours that challenge
* Able to support and lead other team members
* Excellent communication, documentation, and safeguarding awareness
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
