The Role
As a Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning across the school by:
* Delivering and supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Creating a calm, positive and focused classroom environment
* Keeping students motivated and on-task throughout the lesson
* Collecting and returning completed work to the relevant departments
* Providing brief feedback to teaching staff when appropriate
* Upholding all school behaviour and safeguarding policies
