Location: Hertfordshire (Office-based)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role
The Global Supply Chain Manager will lead and optimise global procurement and logistics operations, establishing consistent, scalable, and cost-effective practices across all regions. Acting as a centre of excellence, this role will drive strategic sourcing, strengthen supplier partnerships, and lead international teams to support continued global expansion.
This is a senior, office-based role in Hertfordshire with significant exposure to international stakeholders and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish procurement as a global centre of excellence, defining policies, approval frameworks, and best practices
Lead and support international procurement and logistics teams, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution
Develop and implement global purchasing strategies focused on cost reduction, supplier performance, and scalability
Oversee global logistics operations and optimise end-to-end supply chain processes
Review and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing structures, and payment terms
Maintain awareness of global market trends, supplier capability, and fair market pricing
Partner with Operations to define inventory strategies, safety stock levels, and lead times
Prepare budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, and management reporting
Ensure ISO-compliant vendor documentation is maintained across regions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics
Systems & Process
Own and embed procurement policies and workflows across the business
Train teams on systems and processes to ensure consistency and resilience
Experience with NetSuite is ideal but not essential
Skills & Experience
8-10+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics leadership
Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation capability
Experience managing global suppliers and international teams
Solid understanding of inventory management, purchasing systems, and logistics operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
