Job Title: Senior AI Researcher

Our client are a semiconductor company based in Cambridge looking for Researchers within AI/Deep Learning.
Responsibilities:
-Lead significant research projects in machine learning and artificial intelligence
-Develop and implement novel algorithms and solutions for team and company initiatives
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and research interns
-Set and refine research directions in collaboration with team leadership
-Build and maintain collaborations with internal and external partners
-Secure research funding through grant writing and partnership development
-Publish research findings in top:tier conferences and journals
-Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI and related fields
The Ideal Candidate
-PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent research experience
-Extensive publication record in top conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL)
-Demonstrated expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques
-Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar
-Proven ability to lead research projects and work both independently and collaboratively
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence research direction
