The Project Manager will:
* Ensure projects & programmes within GBS, HR, and Procurement meet desired outcomes.
* Plan and coordinate activities from idea to close, translating requirements into project plans and business cases.
* Track and report progress, manage issues, risks, budgets, and finances.
* Provide coaching and support to management and project teams, demonstrating strong influencing skills.
Location: UK Flexible with site travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Develop and update business cases and project plans.
* Control project delivery, resources, and quality.
* Monitor, review, and report on project attributes.
* Define and implement effective business processes.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and external suppliers.
Qualifications & Skills
* At least 3 years of project delivery experience within a structured lifecycle.
* Knowledge of methodologies like PRINCE2, APM, Agile, Waterfall.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing stakeholders and teams at all levels.
* Ability to communicate complex messages simply.
* Commercial awareness and customer focus.
* Leadership skills to motivate and energise teams.

* Agile working skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing deadlines.
