Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?
Practicus is delighted to be partnering with Butterfly Conservation, who are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help grow and nurture their network of corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting butterflies, moths, and their habitats, while helping businesses make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing relationships with existing corporate donors
Identifying and securing new partnerships with aligned organizations
Creating tailored proposals, reports, and updates
Meeting income targets while providing excellent supporter experiences
Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainable goods
Collaborating with Communications Team to highlight partnerships
Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support
Qualifications and Skills:
Successful experience in fundraising, ideally corporate fundraising
Experience working within charities
Ability to manage and develop relationships at various levels
Practical experience with charity CRM systems
Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising regulations
Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for environmental impact and purpose-driven work
Flexible working arrangements and remote-first culture

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
