Following exponential growth of 50% YoY, they are looking to continue this by maximising sales opportunities within their customer base. This team will support ambitious plans to become Europe’s leader in supply-chain management solutions and reach GBP 200m ARR.
Responsibilities
* Develop a clear understanding of the company value proposition and solutions.
* Proactively reach out to customers to promote and educate them on products and services.
* Deliver value through consultative questioning and active listening to understand challenges and opportunities, then recommend solutions.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with customers.
* Collaborate with team members and share knowledge.
* Build and nurture strong long-term relationships to drive new business opportunities.
* Manage and maintain the CRM system to record activity.
