Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design coordination and compliance. Conduct structural analysis and prepare calculations using industry-standard software. Undertake site inspections and provide technical support during construction. Mentor and support junior engineers while contributing to internal technical development. The Person: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3 to 5 years of structural design experience. Previous experience on both commercial and residential projects. Chartered status or working towards it. Strong technical proficiency in structural design software. Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
