Role:
Were looking for a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive who can hit the ground running. Youll manage and grow relationships with UK-based beauty influencers, support campaign planning, and help oversee the execution of Black Friday influencer activity. Youll also manage team member, ensuring all influencer partnerships align with the P Louise voice, values, and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on high-impact content for Black Friday and beyond
* Manage day-to-day communication with UK-based influencers, talent managers, and Tiktok Affiliate agencies
* Negotiate contracts, gifted/paid collaborations, and performance metrics
* Oversee influencer product send-outs, timelines, and deliverables
* Track and report on influencer KPIs, engagement, and ROI
* Coordinate with internal departments (creative, social, PR) to align messaging
* Manage influencer team members, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide support
* Provide real-time solutions and adapt quickly to changes or challenges in campaigns
* Keep your finger on the pulse of influencer trends, TikTok & IG Reels, and whats popping in UK beauty
* Manage a team of Marketing Influencers and PR executives
* Complete regular reviews with the team to ensure deadlines are met
You Will Need:
* 3-5 years experience in influencer marketing or PR (beauty industry preferred)
* Strong understanding of the UK influencer landscape, particularly in beauty/cosmetics
* Previous team leadership or management experience (formal or informal)
* Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple campaigns at once
* Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
* Creative eye for content, and ability to brief influencers effectively
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment (especially around major campaigns like Black Friday)
* Proficient in social media platforms and influencer outreach tools (e.g., Influencity, AspireIQ, Upfluence)
* Confident in motivating the team to achieve all goals and deadlines set
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Worked with high-volume influencer activations under tight timelines
* Experience in product seeding strategies or launch campaigns
